By using Stenvo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These are interim terms for an early-access period. Stenvo is an early-stage project operated by its founder; a Hong Kong company is being incorporated and will assume this role, at which point these terms will be reissued. Nothing here describes a capability Stenvo does not currently have.

Use of Stenvo is not available to persons in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or where use would be unlawful. This applies to Sponsors, Co-Sponsors and Reporters alike, and applies regardless of where the subject of a question is located.

Stenvo is a marketplace connecting Sponsors (who post questions) with Reporters (who submit field observations). Stenvo operates the platform and the Mosaic Protocol, which AI-screens each submission and scores how strongly independent reports corroborate one another. Stenvo does not itself produce, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any Report, and a confidence score is a measure of agreement between reports — not a certification that any report is true.

• Sponsor only lawful Queries
• Fund Queries before they go live
• Not use Reports for unlawful purposes
• Acknowledge that Prism Protocol screening is not a substitute for their own legal compliance

• Submit only genuine, first-hand observations
• Not include personal contact details in Reports
• Comply with local laws in their geography
• Not trespass, record without consent, or access restricted areas
• Acknowledge the safe harbor notice before each submission

• No content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• No attempts to identify or contact other platform users outside the platform
• No manipulation of the voting or confidence-scoring system

• Sponsor payments are processed by Stripe
• The 20% platform fee applies only to completed Queries; if a Query expires, the Sponsor is refunded in full
• Refunds of the Reporter reward pot are issued if a Query receives fewer than the minimum number of accepted Reports by its deadline
• Reporter payouts are made to the bank or mobile wallet details you provide, through our regulated payment partners. Stenvo confirms your payout identity before the first payment is released
• Tips sent by a Sponsor to a Reporter pass through in full — no platform fee is taken from a tip

• Reports submitted become part of the Stenvo Findings archive
• Reporters retain moral rights but grant Stenvo a perpetual license to store, screen, score, and license the content, including derivative and commercial use
• Co-Sponsors receive a usage license, not ownership

Stenvo's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
